DELIVERY & RETURNS
Parcelforce or the Royal mail are used to post items once your order has been placed.
Please note that once your item has been shipped, the responsibility of the carriage and delivery or your purchases lies with the postal service/courier company.
At the point of postage we will obtain a receipt and proof of posting for our records should they be needed at a further date.
Damaged or lost items
In the event that you do not receive your goods within a reasonable amount of time from when they were dispatched or they arrive damaged please contact us and also the courier/postal service. They should be able to provide you with a claim form. We can then provide you with a copy of the proof of posting which will mean you can complete the form.
Courier and postal services do not guarantee the contents of items containing glass therefore please be aware of this when ordering items that are framed and glazed as such items may mean you won’t be able to make a claim for damage or loss.
For any items you may wish to return please get in touch within 48 hours stating your reason for doing so.
Please note that goods must be returned undamaged in secure, strong packaging and at the cost of the customer. Such items can be re-wrapped where possible in the packaging in which they arrived.
Please note returns do not apply to commissions
